At Horsley Evangelical Church
Our Holiday Bible Club is popular with children of the Horsley’s and the surrounding area. The club started back up again in 2024 after a long break. Each year has a different exciting theme, where this year we will be Time Detectives.
Here’s what we have in store for you each day:
- Choice of fun outdoor games or creative craft activity, plus indoor games for 4–7s
- Snack time and Bible story groups
- Fast-paced fun-packed programme in the hall
The outdoor games will include favourites like Bench Ball, Dodge Ball, Hockey and Dragon tails.
In our interactive programme we’ll be travelling through time looking at clues to big mysteries, with Bible stories, songs, quizzes and memory challenges. Look out for the fun competition each day!
We’ll round off an unforgettable week with a family service at 10:45am on the Sunday, with prizes awarded to all the children.
Children can come for the full three days or just a day or two. It’s free to register and join in. Each year, the theme builds throughout the week, with a serial story (watch-out for exciting cliff-hangers!) and a dressing up competition on Friday morning.
The Holiday Bible Club runs every year, Wednesday to Friday mornings, from 10am–12:30pm. All children aged 4 and above are welcome, and all our activities are free of charge.
